Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to purchases made through MIKHAIL Perfumes in the United Arab Emirates. They are intended to make ordering, delivery, returns and refunds clear before you buy.
Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment. Product images and descriptions are presented as accurately as reasonably possible; natural differences in display settings or packaging production may cause minor visual variation.
Website prices are shown in AED unless otherwise stated. The final amount payable is confirmed at checkout, including any applicable delivery charge or promotion. Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
Current standard delivery rates are: Dubai (Zone 1) AED 18; Sharjah & Ajman (Zone 2) AED 25; Abu Dhabi City, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah & Umm Al Quwain (Zone 3) AED 35; Al Dhafra / Western Region, border, rural and other remote UAE locations (Zone 4) AED 50. The checkout server determines the applicable zone from the delivery address. Current promotional settings may provide complimentary Zone 1 delivery on qualifying orders of AED 150 or more when no coupon is used. Delivery charges and promotions shown at checkout take precedence if Admin settings are updated later.
Our normal UAE delivery estimates are: Dubai 1–2 business days; Sharjah & Ajman 2–3 business days; Abu Dhabi City, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah & Umm Al Quwain 2–3 business days; and Al Dhafra / Western Region, border, rural and other remote UAE locations 3–5 business days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Order processing, courier availability, public holidays, weather and other events outside reasonable control may affect delivery timing.
Perfumes and candles may be returned within 7 days of delivery only when the original cellophane or seal is intact and the product has not been opened, used or otherwise altered. Opened or used perfumes and candles are non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.
The customer is responsible for arranging and paying the actual return shipment. The return address will be provided by MIKHAIL during communication. Please contact MIKHAIL before dispatching a return so the return can be identified and processed correctly.
Once an eligible return is received and accepted, the refund will be processed using bank details or another agreed method provided by the customer. Where permitted by applicable law, the refundable amount may reflect bank or payment-processing charges actually deducted from the funds received by MIKHAIL. Processing time may also depend on the receiving bank or payment provider.
Promotional codes, complimentary delivery and other offers are subject to the conditions displayed at checkout. Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.
MIKHAIL names, logos, product photography, written content and website materials may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.
